Sewage treatment or domestic waste water treatment is the process of removing contaminants from waste water and household sewage, both runoff (effluents) and domestic. It includes physical, chemical and biological contaminants. Its objective is to produce an environmentally-safe fluid waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste (or treated sludge) suitable for disposal or reuse (usually as farm fertilizers) using advance technology.

Reverse Osmosis plant removes micro-biological impurities, dissolve salts, pesticides, chemical and many other dissolved solids from the water and makes it suitable for several purposes.
R.O. is the finest water purification technology in the world. Water is purified by reversing the process of osmosis. Membrane are used to completely remove dissolved solid contaminates, biological and chemical impurities upto .0001 micron (1 micron = 1/1000 mm) from the water.
Applications: Drinking Water, Industrial process water, water for high quality applications and boiler applications.
Water Softening is used for the removal of calcium and magnesium ions which are the hardness (scale) forming constitutes of water. When water is passed over an ion exchange for the equivalent Na+ ions. The water obtained contains only Sodium salts, which do not produce scales since they are readily soluble in water. This process is used produce clean, soft and non-scale forming water.
After every service cycle the resin is backwashed with water followed by regeneration with 5-15% of NaCl solution.
